Signatures and Time Stamps

In order to get a sign-off on the list your recipients are required to type in their name and sign with a mouse (or a finger) at the bottom of the list. Each sign-off is date stamped as well.

We understand the importance of security. After a sign-off is done your list is then locked from further changes. When you create a list and send it, your recipient gets an email with a secure link. Your entire account will also use SSL encryption.

Auto PDF Creation of your list

After you get a sign-off your (picture/doc) files are automatically converted into a single PDF with your list and recipients signature at the end. We also stamp each page with a date, revision and name of the recipient that approved your list.
